Career Counseling Fair at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Bagh - Ropar

IET BHADDAL TECHNICAL CAMPUS , ROPAR organized Career Counseling Fair at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Bagh , Ropar Career decisions play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth and development of students. In today’s environment of multiple options, knowing about choices available helps students in their decision-making process. IET BHADDAL TECHNICAL CAMPUS ,ROPAR participated in 3 days(12th -14th Jan, 2023) Lohri fair organised by District Administration .The Fest was organised at Maharahja Ranjit Singh Bagh, Rupnagar where college put up a stall of information about the various courses. The objective was to help the students to design their higher studies and exploring a range of options that can open new vistas for them. Crafted for class X, XII students, this fest aimed to sensitize the students and parents of class XI as well. The visitors witnessed such fest that focused on providing a multifarious perspective of the various career fields.

Ms. Barinderjit Kaur, Ms. Sarabdeep Kaur, Mr. Hardeep Singh, Ms. Samrity and their team guided visitors in career choosing path after X, XII. They also encouraged students on choosing the field they were interested in rather than allowing somebody else to govern it.

Campus Director Dr. S.S. Bindra appreciated the efforts of District Administration. He said that in today’s scenario students remain in dilemma while opting for a course and most of the time they hover about the outcome of pursuing course. So, these kinds of career counseling programmes are beneficial for the students. He added that students must take admissions according to their interest and job intake in the market. He appreciated the efforts of the team under whose guidance this Fest became a successful event.
